As Thurston’s principal, it is my goal to ensure that all students have diverse opportunities to develop into leaders through a guaranteed and viable curriculum, a relationship-based philosophy of education, and topflight athletics and extracurricular activities and events. You and your family will find these opportunities whether through the Eagle Scholars Program that offers more than a dozen Advanced Placement courses, our caring student services department, our award winning band program and fine arts courses, or any one of our clubs: from Heavy Duty Robotics to the Black Awareness Society for Education (B.A.S.E.) to the Board Game Club, Thurston High School is the place for you!
