Congratulations to the Western Wayne Athletic Conference Champion Varsity Boys Basketball Team and Varsity Girls Bowling Team. The Girls Bowling Team secured their 1st Conference Championship last week with the culmination of an outstanding regular season and conference championship performance. The Boys Varsity Basketball Team clinched their 2nd of back to back Conference Championship by defeating Robichaud @ Robichaud. Congratulations are also in order for the Thurston Wrestling team and individual wrestler Nathaniel Hill who won the M.H.S.A.A. Individual Wrestling District and will move on as a Wrestling Regional Qualifier. These Eagles will all be making a playoff push in the upcoming weeks in the M.H.S.A.A. post season tournaments.
